Shipping Policy

Every JCN Jewelry order ships in a branded gift box, ready to give. Here's what to expect.

Free US Shipping
All US orders ship free of charge. There is no minimum order value.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time (United States)
- Standard: 3-5 business days after processing
- Express options may be available at checkout

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after processing. International shipping rates and any applicable duties or taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Use the Track Order link in our main navigation, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@jcnjewelry.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll resolve it — replacement, refund, or reshipment, whichever you prefer.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
